Examinees must arrive on time for the polygraph exam.
Payment is made prior to the start of the polygraph exam. No personal checks will be accepted.
Prior to the polygraph examination, the examinee will need to prove identification by producing a picture ID (i.e. driver’s license, state ID card, etc.)
Our polygraph examinations are ethically and professionally conducted.
Our polygraph examiners are neutral parties simply seeking the truth. Our examiners are not “hired guns” for the person / client paying for the services.
Most polygraph examinations are “specific issue” exams.
A very limited amount of questions will be allowed during any one polygraph exam.
A “laundry list” of questions is not allowed, and all questions must be in reference to a specific issue / specific matter. The polygraph examiner will have the final decision as to what questions will be asked during the polygraph examination, and how they will be asked.
The polygraph examination will be recorded. In most cases by video. Recording of polygraph exams is a standard practice by professional polygraph examiners. The recordings are not released and remain in our custody/control.
The only people allowed in the polygraph examination room is the examinee and the examiner.
If the polygraph exam is related to infidelity or suspected infidelity, we highly recommend that you not argue, discuss, or interrogate the examinee on the day of examination. Doing such could be counter productive and could adversely affect the results.
If an examinee uses countermeasures or techniques in an attempt to hinder or alter the recordings of the polygraph instrument, the polygraph examination will be terminated.
The examinee cannot be forced to take a polygraph examination and the examinee can terminate the polygraph examination anytime.
If at anytime during the polygraph examination or related interviews the examinee becomes abusive, uncooperative, argumentative, disrespectful, or combative – the polygraph will be terminated.
Polygraph examinations will not be conducted on a pregnant woman.
